The Role

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Provide daily comprehensive support for sales, including creating and managing proposals.
  • Communicate frequently with the sales team to handoff communications, capture information, and encourage customer loyalty.
  • Engage with field technicians in both English and Spanish daily to answer questions, resolve concerns, and offer advice and solutions amidst difficult solutions.
  • Prepare detailed daily, weekly & monthly sales reports containing relevant information on prospects regarding leads, budgets, leads, growth projections, and marketing initiatives.
  • Attend regular meetings as required with the office to discuss individual and company goals and inter-departmental coordination efforts.
  • Organize and coordinate special occasions holiday incentives for employees.
  • Process requests for additional supplies and tracking inventory
  • REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Reliable and detail-oriented with a proven track record of exceptional customer service and results-oriented methods
  • Enthusiastic and positive with excellent multitasking skills
  • Experience with multiple industry tools and programs such as Google Sheets / Docs / Chrome, CRM’s
  • Highly proficient with computer skills

  • Employ strong listening and problem-solving skills to both differentiate our offering from the competition and to help you overcome resistance without being pushy.
  • Work very well with a team, but also be able to manage your own time
  • Understand the delicate balance between encouragement and speaking To The Point
  • Previous experience in high-level customer service is helpful but is not required.
