In this role, you have the opportunity to make life better

You will be responsible for daily management of the workspace environment and asset management, coordination with and between suppliers when needed, informing relevant stakeholders on progress.

You are responsible for

Lead, plan, direct and control activities related to Service and Release Management, Service Integration, Support and Technical Operations .

Accountable for day-to-day projects, operations and performance of IT solutions .

Is part of the Global IT Services group and accountable to drive measurable results against stated SLA , XLA & IT Service requirements.

Responsible for complete or in part the end-to-end Secure & Stable Operations and capability delivery .

Drive clear accountability and performance to ensure cost targets are achieved, monitored, continuously improved and reported upon.

Responsible to communicate and share performance metrics and results across Global IT Services as applicable.

Vendor management ensuring the continuous delivery of our services.

You are a part of

xpert team, with demonstrated success in guiding the development and implementation of a global workplace service.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

Bachelor’s degre e in Information Technology and / or commensurate experience in d elivering server-based computing services to global customers.

Advanced English Level

Management of Windows and Mac performance as well as device lifecycle a nd device monitoring, that includes hardware / software and peripherals especially Lenovo, HP, Dell & MaC brands.

Working knowledge of management systems such as Microsoft Intune / SCCM and modern managed and co-managed devices.

Working knowledge of identity and access management that includes Azure AD, Active directory and Single Sign-On .

Working knowledge of software distribution and deployment to workplace devices.

Exposure to security and compliance framework in relation to Workplace including Microsoft Endpoint Manager.

Exposure to IT Asset management that includes procurement and inventory planning .

Basic knowledge on LAN / WAN environments in relation to workplace devices.

Exposure to on / boarding of employees and in relation to Merger & Acquisition.

Agile, DevSecOps, SCRUM knowledge
