Essential Functions : (Specific duties and responsibilities critical to completion of daily workload)

  • Create and execute plans to deliver strategic learning initiatives for PANDORA field teams, retailers and store personnel that align with business needs increasing performance and retention-
  • Analyses Key Performance Indicators (sales, traffic, etc.) for trends, opportunities, deficiencies and coaches’ field teams and store staff as appropriate-

    Deliver and facilitate learning such as instructor led, leader-led, self-study, blended, webinars and e-learning-Facilitates a comprehensive training program for product knowledge, sales processes, retail business acumen and store management development-

    Partner with Territory Managers, and Store Management Teams to align strategies, leverage best practices and procure resources-

    Manage customization and implementation of learning solutions specific to the audience needs-Monitors progress in achieving company initiatives, priorities and objectives, identifies and communicates sales training opportunities during travel with the supported teams-

    Build partnerships with key stakeholders, communicate training vision and objectives to foster continued growth and development of the teams supported by training-

    Fosters teamwork within the training team and corporate environment-Acts as an ambassador of the PANDORA Brand.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    Educational Background : BA / BS

    Field of Study : Business Management, Education, Communication, Learning and Development.

    Experience : 3-5 years. Equivalent combination of experience and education accepted.

    Industry : Business-to-Business Sales; Retail Sales; Luxury GoodsJob Specific : 3-5 years in training and development experience in a retail sales and / or corporate environment.

    Personal Competencies :

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization-
  • Coaching and development-Excellent facilitation skills and command of audience necessary-Business Acumen-Approachability and Listening-

    Self-awareness -Excellent decision making abilities and ability to integrate information and utilize independent sound judgment-

    Persuasion-Critical / Creative thinking-Self-Starter-Time Management

    Computer Skills :

    Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Publisher, PowerPointExperience working with LMS softwareKnowledge of In-

    design and / or other computer graphics programs

    Language Skills :

    Proficient in English and SpanishKnowledge of portuguese a plus

    Other Skills :

    Expertise in adult learning theory needs assessment, instructional design for various delivery options, evaluation strategy and implementationInstructional design experience (ADDIE model)Demonstrated ability to work across business lines and functionsDelivering results

    Licenses, Certifications, etc. :

    Recommended Certified Professional in Learning and PerformanceRecommended Certified Facilitation Specialist

    Travel Required : 80%
