The Role
You will be responsible for :
Acting as the primary point of contact and delivering excellent service standards and advice to clients for their enquiries, complaints, and other service-related issues.
Developing account plans to enhance service delivery.
Developing strong internal relationships to optimize service delivery and ensure all practices are in line with internal guidelines and statutory requirements.
Conducting analysis and valuations of ENTER PRODUCT in order to make recommendations regarding investment strategy.
Creating detailed reports and presentations for marketing purposes.
Skills Required :
You have at least 1 year experience within a Accounting Manager, Account Manager or Analyst role, ideally within the the Financial Services Industry industry.
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
You are a strong networker & relationship builder
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
