The UX Lead is responsible for aligning the design team into the creation of effective interfaces that goes in line with the definitions provided by the Service Design Team.
Lead, align, and develop designs by cluster Ex. Panama, Chile, and Puerto Rico with UX designers, UI Designers, and Marketing from each country based on the visual identity of each brand.
Being accountable for all design decisions to ensure good practices are always considered alongside customer experience.
Ensure and incorporate the voice of the customer in the design of digital experiences.
Maintain relations with the BPOs and OpCo Leads that require the support of the team and its individuals, planning and prioritizing their strategy.
Support the UX / UI team in incorporating the best digital design practices.
Ensure the appropriate quality of design deliverables to reflect what was designed in terms of customer experience.
Lead, coach, and coordinate the UX / UI team for digital designs to ensure consistency of experience.
Advice on solving design challenges in various digital contexts, including digital interactions in physical spaces.
Ensure that the designs are aligned with regional brand books and design systems of LLA brands relying on marketing and digital teams.
Preferred Education / qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Human Factors / Human-Computer Interaction / Design or related field.
Master level in UX and UI.
Knowledge & Experience :
2 years of experience leading design teams in an agile environment.
UX or UI Certification is desirable.
Agile Certification is desirable.
English B1+ level.
