As the HR Operations Manager, You will be managing the R&D HR processes and projects, related to the employee life cycle - onboarding, promotion, Comp & Ben, HRIS, etc.
What you will be doing
Lead the implementation of the company HR strategy plan.
Recruiting within the area of responsibility (creation of job ads, applications management, and interviewing suitable candidates).
Providing advice and active support to employees and managers pertaining to all human resources topics.
Attend personnel-related meetings and appraisals such as performance reviews.
Organizing training sessions.
Organizing welfare events.
B.A. in social studies / management or similar HR-related qualification
1-2 years experience in the HR environment (of a startup company advantage)
Experience with HR systems and techniques
Strong written and oral communication skills in English
Proficient in MS Office and other IT applications
Excellent interpersonal skills, persuasive, enthusiastic, energetic, reliable, organized, proactive, fair and objective, commitment to discretion.
Structured and pragmatic hands-on approach with attention to detail while maintaining the overview and see the bigger picture.
Working knowledge of Israeli labor law and HR best practice - advantage
