This new center will initially deliver Finance, Human Resources and Legal services to ELC employees across several geographies and time zones.

Through a new innovative service minded approach, this center will redefine service standards globally at ELC. This new GBS team will provide a one-stop-shop solution for the ELC businesses, supported by new customer engagement insights, new systems, and new reporting.

In addition to delivering exceptional service to the ELC businesses each day, the GBS team will also be responsible for continuously streamlining work in pursuit of growing its service offering in support of achieving ELC's strategic and business objectives.

New site, new team, new opportunity.Position OverviewThe Supply Planning Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and executing Supply Planning activities (Allocation, Supply Planning Parameters management and expeditor function) and Inventory Management.

This professional will ensure the alignment between Demand and Supply and guarantee that the inventory supports the sales at the time the product is required.

This role should guarantee that LDM orders are processed in a manner that products are delivered in DC on time and on the right quantity.

Be responsible for developing and implementing KPIs and reports giving visibility for key departments. This person will also be responsible for maintaining effective stock levels to support customer demand and achieve service level while keeping the inventory balanced.

The professional has to have a close communication with 3PL team, demand planning, marketing and sales a have a clear communication.

The coordinator is responsible to be part of the SIOP supply Reviews giving all the info to support the plan, risks & opps, supply constraints, coverages, availability, etc.

  • QualificationsResponsabilities : Ensure inventory levels and an accurate supply planning Manage inventory level based on forecasting, guaranteeing alignment between supply & demand Develop the main KPIs to manage and control inventory levels, supply service level, stock out and days of supply Manage excess / obsolete reports and meeting with marketing, sales and demand planning to agree actions to clear excess Inventory projection analysis and provide inputs for support SIOP meetings aligning the impacts throughout the department Keep the master data updated in APO for a correct orders generation (Safety Stock, Product Status, Inventory policy, in transit and lead time) Prepare weekly and monthly reports with products out of stock as well as monitoring and identifying root causes to take corrective actions Review inventory aging report give visibility to the brands to avoid destructions Interaction with our 3PL in order to be aligned with the process, inventory & reportsRequirements : 5 years of experience in Supply Planning and Inventory Management, preferable in cosmetics industry;
  • Experience in end-to-end Supply Chain processes, Supply Planning and Inventory Management; Strong Excel Knowledge, Report, KPI creation are essential;
  • Highly analytical and logical thinker; Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with wide range of partners; Great organizational and time management skills and excellent attention to detail;
  • SAP APO user. Excellent written and oral communications Spanish / English, excellent presentation skills, ability to communicate with multiple cultures, senior and international management;
  • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment; Ability to develop planning and programing operational in order to guarantee that the operation will be perform as best as possible with the lowest cost.

    Ability to develop and implement projects related to quality system and lean process. Encourage and support changes.Additional DetailsMinimum Education level : Degree required in Engineering or equivalent.
