Responsible for marketing activation for specific customer segments.
Define marketing strategy for those segments in line with business priorities.
Responsible for optimizing customer journeys as part of vertical and product campaigns with the objective to increase share of wallet of existing customers and to reach out to new prospects
Identify right activation channels based on customer buying journey, which is effective for the identified target audience.
Collaborate with internal and external creative agencies from brief development through asset creation and execution.
Measure selected marketing campaigns to provide clear ROMI by establishing objectives and targets, tracking and analyzing performance, report return-on-objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to activate campaigns, as well as support initiatives to ensure campaign readiness and alignment for local market implementation and execution
Manage customer-facing events by providing a consistently high-quality experience for new and existing customers
We are looking for
5+ years’ experience with background in Campaign Marketing / Digital Marketing preferably from a B2B business
Experience building multi-channel campaigns, both organically and with paid media, including PPC, social media, event management and other digital channels.
Experience in content strategy, including white paper development, thought leadership, intent data, social selling, and market articles.
Ability to define what content works best along the customer journey and how to build efficient customer journey
Experience in Revenue Marketing and Account Based Marketing
Ability to use metrics to gain internal buy-in and develop objectives.
Project management skills managing different campaigns at one time
Strong communication skills, enabling you to engage and influence stakeholders
Self-starter who excels working independently and as part of a team.
Strong verbal and written Spanish and English. Portuguese is a plus.
