Business Intelligence & CRM Lead
We are searching for an experienced Business Intelligence & CRM Lead at our Panama facility.
Primary Role and Responsibilities :
Manage the release of the functional and technical requirements for the CRM
Lead CRM use, according to the Strategic Selling Methodology, and ensure data quality
Execute hands-on training to the CRM and BI users.
Act as a subject matter expert, troubleshooting user or software errors that affect the interaction with the CRM.
Implement Business Intelligence initiatives
Design and develop Business Intelligence content to support decision making across the company
Define and specify the data sources required for Business Intelligence content development
Design and develop improvements to Business Intelligence content across the company
Provide Business Intelligence training and support
Coordinate the Self-Service Business Intelligence community
Lead the internal use of the Resource Allocation Tool
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
Proficiency using SQL
Extensive knowledge of the products and services offered by the company.
Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information.
Ability to maintain a positive attitude, be self-motivated and be proactive.
Demonstrate the ability to work in teams and independently.
Must be highly detail-oriented.
Must have leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Exceptional people and problem-solving skills
