This role is expected to integrate demand planning to the other functions of the COP organization and leverage other subsidiary best practices.
Key responsibilities include the following :
SKU Planning Manage SKU demand plans within the portfolio. Work with the Commercial Teams, key distributor, and participate in the Monthly Discipline process to accomplish this.
Monthly Discipline Lead the monthly Demand Planning Meetings, including the review of key gaps, reporting, and tracking of key next steps.
Statistical Modeling Monitor and analyze SKU segmentation changes and monthly demand accuracy & participate in the monthly CBP discipline process to develop an aligned demand plan.
Reporting identify reporting gaps and develop innovative reports that close the gap and drive continuous improvement.* Cross Functional Relationships -
Develop strong collaborative cross functional relationships.* Track the business drivers Such as category & market share, consumption, trade inventory levels spending and distribution changes.
Measure / Track Performance - Measure, report, and innovate to drive improvement of demand planning process and results.
Communicate & Manage Demand Monitor sell thru, identify extremes & communicate significant changes to supply team. Key interfaces are Customer Development Teams, Marketing, Finance, SC Planning and Replenishment Planning Requirements
Bachelors of Arts or Bachelors of Science* 2 years minimum of Supply Chain experience in Consumer Goods or a related industry* Strong database management skills* SAP System knowledge and experience* Sales / Commercial Team knowledge
