A Market Access Manager (MAM) is primarily responsible to partner with his / hercustomer(s) to develop business solutions through access strategies that will drive Profitable Growth for ORGANONthrough best in class Customer Satisfaction leveraging our entire portfolio of products,servicesand solutions.

MAMs will be implementing strategic, long-term business plans for the Key Strategic Accountsbuildingsustainablerelationshipsandintegratingcustomerinsights.

They lead Value Creation through the accomplishment of the established key Customer / ORGANONstrategicobjectivesandaddressingpreviouslyunmetand / orevolvingneeds.

The MAM understands the customers and stakeholders who determine whether a brand is listed orpurchased, the purchasing process within the account, and the Brand Priorities so that they cansupportbrandProfitableAccessintheseaccounts including pricing analysis.

the MAM must lead with the KAM and with the rest of the cross-functional team to implement and to maximize thestrategicagreementwiththeaccounts,ensuringOneOrganonvoicetotheCustomer.

  • Education Minimum Requirements (languages) Degree in Business (Sales / Marketing) or relevant subject orfields(e.g.medicine,manufacturingorresearch).
  • MBApreferred.Languages : Spanish Native and Fluent in English

  • Required Experience and Skills5+ years of experienceworking in a customer-facingrole.3 to 5 years of experiencein the Health industrypreferred.
  • Experiencein Sales and Account ManagementFinance background eitherthrough education orexperience.Strong knowledge ofcustomer / businessstrategy.

    Understandingoflocal healthcare andreimbursementsystems.
