Position Overview

Supply Chain Senior Analyst oversees managing the transition of Supply Chain external processes, creation, tracking and governance. It is also in charge of driving process harmonization, while delivering business insights. This role will develop and maintain analytics for the different business organizations across Supply Chain, including reporting, development, and analytics. The role will work very closely to its global business customers and must understand their business needs and context and be able obtain the key questions and provide insights to communicate it to Senior Management.

 

Key responsabilities

 

  • Work closely with Global Supply Chain team and OneSource BI&A team

  • Identify the key business questions and their purpose that will drive the analysis

  • Define the metrics, analyze the available data, and join sources to get the correct insights

  • Determine the best visualization of the analysis story line

  • Collaborate with workstreams to generate insights that enable business decisions

  • Participate in the develop, design of new supply chain reports, and lead the analytics process with the stakeholders.

  • Make data drive analysis to enable business decision making

Qualifications

 

Key Results of the role

  • Transition of work with no business disruptions, on time, with quality and within budget.

  • Development and implementation of new standards of work for the Integrated Reporting Hub Supply Chain team

  • Capacity creation via automation, harmonization and new ways of working

  • Development, impementation and execution of the SLAs to track performance (KPIs)

 

Additional Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Supply Chain/Administration preferred

  • 3.5 Years of experience

  • Fully bilingual, English and Spanish.

 

Additional Details

  • Work shift: Monday – Friday. Business Hours

  • Travel time: 5%.

  • Location: Costa del Este, Panamá.
