Description

The sales team is responsible for maximizing Selina’s total revenue by participating in new distribution channels, increasing direct sales, looking for new partnerships and group deals.

The achievement of these goals are supported by the Sales Implementation agent through the following tasks :

  • Assist sales team with implementation of new contracts
  • Data entry and content upload to own and third party systems to enable sales through different channels
  • Contact client support when needed to complete implementation tasks
  • Work together with Connectivity team to deliver tasks on time
  • Prioritize tasks to deliver timely results according to the most important business needs of the sales department
  • The requirements of this position are :

  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish
  • Superior written and oral communication skills, customer relationship oriented
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to set priorities for self
  • Ability to coordinate / lead processes and track productivity
  • Eager to learn about new sales platforms, or already having knowledge would be a plus (CRM, Booking, Expedia, Hostelworld, Tripadvisor, etc.)
  • Being a team player
  • An entrepreneurial can-do’ attitude facilitated by continuous learning
