Within the Post-Sales Contract Operations at Dell, we are looking for a Contract Compliance Reporting Analyst to join our team in Panama City.

Ensure all purchase history, MBE WBE, third party software, and marketing administrative fee reporting requirements are met.
Coordinate with Reporting Team, CPM, Sales, and other cross functional teams as needed.
Maintain a list of contracts requiring reporting.
Review data for accuracy and compliance.
Scrub reports as needed to ensure contract administrator’s reporting requirements are met.
Scrub 70137 reports to provide feedback to Sales for training and compliance purposes.
Work with Contract Reporting Compliance Team Lead and Sales to correct any contract code misusage
File reports in contract archives and / or other applicable internal documentation systems.
Assist Contract Reporting Compliance (CRC) Team Lead and Contract Program Managers in developing contract specific training, leveraging their knowledge of potential compliance issues
Cooperate with CRC Team Lead and Contract Program Managers to document and maintain processes.
