We are looking for a Lead Regional Salesforce Administrator LATAM based in Argentina.

Your Challenges :

Monitor support requests to be completed efficiently.

Guide regional admins for the completion of the tasks using always best practices and following security and compliance guidelines

Work on change requests related to user access and other system improvements

Manage Salesforce instance with a view to ensure data integrity, security, and perform basic audits, maintaining the system security and integrity

Data quality, migration and maintenance

Business analysts L1 support assistance and training when required

KPI definition for support team and action plan for process improvements in alignment with the central team.

Customize Salesforce fields, approval processes, assignment rules, searches, list views, queues, reports and dashboards.

Assist in the development and maintenance of process documentation, application configuration, and related help materials.

Support the team on managing daily attendance support request (user creation, user modification, report and dashboard creation and modification, bugs and data management)

Bug issues troubleshooting, prioritization and central squads coordination for quick solving

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator, ideally with a fast growing start up. (mandatory)
  • 1 year experience as manager
  • Salesforce Certified

    In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of SFDC and best practices, whilst also being able to successfully extend these capabilities using AppExchange

    Strong reporting background using standard reporting tools including standard salesforce.com reporting functionality

    Strong analytical skills, particularly around understanding complex requirements

    Strong stakeholder management skills
