Position objective
Performs as a thought partner for the Medical Ecosystem Partner (MEP) in insight collection and strategy design and execution.
Supports execution of medical strategy designed by the MEP (e.g. medical education and insight generation).
Expertise and capabilities
Ability to manage and prioritize Roche's complex portfolio within the account
Ability to connect Roche's portfolio and corporate strategy to ecosystem needs
Ability to work directly with key medical stakeholders (e.g. physicians, associations)
Individual accountabilities
Ensure continuous engagement with key medic stakeholders and to serve as a liaison between regional and country teams
Supports execution of tactical plan for education
Supports access value proposition (dossier) overviewed by ME
Experience
Physician with some specialty relevant to our portfolio (Oncology, Neurology, Hematology) (desirable). or Health sciences with experience in said therapeutic areas
Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry (desirable)
Basic knowledge in evidence generation (clinical trials, Investigator Initiated Studies (IIS), Real World Evidence (RWE), publications
Fluent english / spanish language
2 years experience on similar positions.
