Maersk CAR is looking for an outstanding team player to join as Sales Executives, reporting to the Caribbean Multibrand Sales General Manager based in Panama.
The Third Party Agents Business Development Manager will be responsible for leading and delivering the commercial logistics and services agenda as well as strengthen our brand Maersk & Sealand presence in the service delivery process to achieve new contract and lead logistics businesses, formulating and enabling commercial strategies and market mapping plans to continue growing and expanding our presence in the Caribbean.

Moreover, you will expand your customer network and enrich your market and product knowledge while enhancing Maersk leadership position and contributing to the continuous success of the TPA (Third Party Agents) in the Caribbean.
You will be part of executing the overall commercial strategy for Maersk Line and Sealand in the TPA countries plus potential markets, which will include providing input about the market intelligence.
You will engage with the agencies to drive the growth, focus their initiatives according to the strategy and motivates their performance by easing their daily tasks and share best practices.
Develop local differentiators and value propositions. Formulate a qualified business plan to support the target delivery.
Manage and organise sales activities, lead and drive performance to ensure volume and revenue targets are met.
You will be in charge of strengthen our relationships with key accounts and stakeholders doing business with CAR. Ensure the TPA countries & business budget is delivered on total revenue and volume.
Cross functional coordination and stakeholder communication.
Stay on top of the business signals and guide the teams to secure both long term and short term opportunities.
Work closely with Customer Service, Product, Procurement, FIN GSC, EQU teams to ensure customer needs and agency needs and market intelligence are updated and communicated.
Conduct regular discussions on commercial approach (pricing or deployment) in response to customer needs and the market situation.
Ensure sales systems and reporting are precise and up-to-date for management tracking, analysis and planning.
Provide strong leadership in front of our Third Party Agents.
