We are looking for Microsoft Business Sales & Delivery Associate Partner who excel at creating and selling complex transformational programmes enabled by best-of-breed Microsoft technologies focused solutions to clients in the UK and Europe.
Skills for this position require applicants who can both demonstrate a proven track record of leading Microsoft technologies centric complex transformation programme with large-scale people and business change management.

Summary : Key Responsibilities On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities at our largest clients as well as other accounts, to position Microsoft technologies enabled transformation programmes to meet business KPIs, reduce costs or drive digital transformation.
You will use established techniques for techno-functional solutioning, estimating and planning, client relationship management and bid management.
You will also work with your teams to close business growth opportunities. You will additionally oversee the design, implementation and delivery of complex transformation projects centered on Microsoft.
These will be demanding and large-scale, multinational, needing high performance and availability. You will have a strong Industry focus with knowledge of best practice processes to meet Industry requirements.
You will lead a multi-disciplined project team aiming to meet specified requirements and to exceed our client's expectations.
You will be part of a community of like minded Microsoft Transformation Directors who share ideas and are keen coaches and mentors of our delivery teams.
You will need extensive awareness of the Microsoft D365 suite of products including Power Platform, O365, Teams as well as tools and services on Microsoft Azure cloud through previous experience of solutioning, selling and delivering client projects on these technologies.
You will be : Supporting new client engagements in UK and Ireland by reviewing client RFPs / tenders and recommending a solution proposal Engaginging with business representatives and assisting in the translation of business requirements into a Microsoft technologies based solution vision Developing a compelling solution architecture to deliver the solution vision and expected benefits Ensuring solution feasibility and mitigate risk by leveraging subject matter expertise Defining key measures to measure benefits realisation against the proposed solution Act as an ambassador for the Microsoft offerings and campaigns #GBSEMEAB10 21 >
