Key responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries / requests by telephone and email
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Promote our products in every interaction
  • Follow up customer inquiries when necessary
  • Willingness to go the extra mile towards the customers & with focus on providing solutions
  • Identify, research, analyze and resolve customer complaints
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and processes
  • Proactively track shipments and notify customers of relevant deviations from the transport plan (ocean and inland), including potential solutions or alternatives
  • Work independently and assist the team in realizing goals and standards share knowledge and best practices
  • We are looking for

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ relevant customer serving experience.
  • University Studies Completed
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and oral)
  • An excellent team player
  • Able to work under pressure keeping quality in focus
  • Good Process understanding & digital proficiency
  • Energetic, Well-organized, and Self-Initiated
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent Stakeholder management,
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong execution mindset
  • Strong Cost conscious and optimization mindset
