The Strategic Access Manager will represent the Internal Market Access consultant based on its deep knowledge & expertise in developing innovative approaches to ensure faster deeper & sustainable access to NVS drugs into different HCS.
The role is responsible of generate an holistic access solutions leveraging on a strong coordination with the cross functional & local teams to timely involve the customer / account voice in every proposal to build a positive impact in the healthcare ecosystem.
It has to easily understand different countries access reality & potential & rapidly resonate with identified tools / solutions that can be adapted & monitored to the local needs.
Additional business responsibilities are associated with provide strategic guidance to local teams for a comprehensive account plans (that may include IPM, Patient Access Programs, Managed Entry Agreements & Outcome Based models etc)
Will constantly interact with local teams & should have a direct communication with regional & global NVS associates in the journey of discussing access solutions & finding innovative ways / tools inside and outside the organization.
By demand, could participate in local meetings with payers in case of needed.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Contributes to dossier preparation appropriately building a value proposition to support the pricing & reimbursement strategy.
Participates in value based outcomes contracting becoming the internal advisor for best partners in field
Translates academic studies into practical implications for payers & NVS team
