Job Description
The Finance Systems Support Analyst is a critical position within the LLA ERP systems support environment, helping to ensure timely, efficient, quality support activities, aligned to business priorities.
This person works within a team that provides support activities as well as coordinates the activities of support partners, with the aim of delivering optimal and efficient support for the LLA SAP ERP and related systems.
This will require them to work closely and collaboratively with the Global Business Services team, Business Unit teams, Information Systems teams, and other LLA colleagues.
This is a highly valued role in a dynamic and growing organization. Therefore, accountabilities and duties of the position may change and develop over time, but will include the following :
Embed a consistent focus on optimal customer service delivery, with continuous monitoring to correct issues and inconsistencies, according to business priorities and guidance.
Develop effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, to ensure effective delivery of support activities based on a clear understanding of business requirements and priorities.
Support the development of a center of excellence for ERP system capabilities and future directions of system solution providers, to guide and support business areas to optimize their current use of the systems, and plan for future enhancements.
Support the implementation and application of operational policies and processes, with corresponding KPI’s to measure and report on effective process management
Ensure all activities consistently and continuously align with the implemented governance processes and controls to help ensure full compliance with SoX, audit and other related corporate requirement.
Bachelor level, Information Technology or related field preferred.
Formal qualification in project management preferred
Knowledge & Experience :
In-depth experience supporting complex IT systems, preferably financial support systems. Prior experience with SAP preferred.
In-depth experience of managing and participating in IT projects of different sizes.
Track record of efficient concurrent handling of a variety of assigned competing tasks, including working with remotely located team members to complete them according to business priorities
Ability to define processes, perform gap analyses, and design and implement process improvement solutions to meet established organization performance goals.
Knowledge of telecommunications business processes preferred.
Working knowledge of finance / accounting processes (e.g. accounts payable, collections, billing, etc.) preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to interface with multiple groups across different geographies and cultures.
Skills & Abilities :
Bilingual English Spanish
Comfortable dealing with constant changes and an ever-evolving working environment and work demands
Ability to handle multiple, differing responsibilities simultaneously and to focus on delivering against areas of greatest importance.
Ability to liaise effectively with all levels of the organization and apply the optimal approach to those interactions to achieve the required results.
