The Continuous Improvement Specialist will report to the Senior Procurement Operations - Coupa Product Lead and responsible for the delivery of process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across multi-regions with Indirect Purchasing processes.

This individual will play an important role in helping to foster a culture of sustainable change by managing multiple continuous improvement initiatives and support activities through process improvements to delivering business results.

The resource will be responsible for requirements gathering, documentation, testing and deployment. The resource will also be responsible for liaising with internal and external support resources to solve system issues and opportunity for process improvements.

Experience / Skills :

Knowledge of Purchase to Pay Practices and Supplier Enablement

Proficiency in using and configuring Purchase to Pay Systems. Experience with Coupa is a plus

Experience in configuring workflows

Experience in configuring custom forms / web forms

Application Support and Troubleshooting system defects

Loading and maintaining master data and routine configurations

Building custom reports

Advance knowledge and experience in reporting and analytics tools (Excel, Qlik, Coupa Analytics)

Experience of designing remediation plans to address productivity and efficiency issues, and track record of following through to ensure closure

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of Partners, senior managers, and subject matter experts.

Strong analytical, project and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into operational requirements

Experience of the whole project life cycle, able to operate in the initial conceptual design stage, in the depths of system testing, and at each stage in between

Language Requirement

Proficient in English
