Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization :
To ensure positive development of adidas brand image, sustainable and profitable business through adequate Trade Marketing planning and execution at the Point of Sales (POS).
Define, manage and implement all aspects of best-practice trade in expertise and people management.
Key Responsibilities :
Align with the local Sales Organisation in regard to account specific marketing plans and their execution
Develop and steer implementation of integrated marketing packages for account specific needs. through brand marketing activities
Present account marketing plans to all key players internally and externally
Manage the development of additional account specific sell-in tools (Account Marketing Toolbox) when needed
Monitor marketing investments and coordinates sales working budget for the sales channels and ensure healthy ROI ratio
Key contact person for Retail / eCom activation to ensure alignment and best usage of resources
Support allocation process and efficiency tracking of exclusive range offers
Coordinate Marketing tasks of space management initiatives
Balance brand and category message against channel specific requirements
Ensure brand presence (global footprint) and sell-through at POS by connecting strategic account / channel plans with adidas Brand Marketing objectives
Knowledge Skills and Abilities :
Specialist in business or technical skills with detailed knowledge in some areas of work or systems
Broad & deep knowledge in own functional area, combining theoretical and practical knowledge
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications :
7 years experience
As manager of Experts 0 2 years management experience required
As manager of Admin / Tech Support minimum of 3 years management experience required
