What's the role :
The Director, Converged Voice Technolog will manage the plan, design, and build of technical elements for Liberty LLA region wide.
Driving all converged voice core services and equipment. Ensuring full regional efficiences, meeing regulatory demands, and OPEX / CAPEX efficiences and Drive LLA Converged Voice technology programs covering B2C, B2B, Fixed, and Mobile
What you'll do :
Define E2E technical strategy for Converged Voice Technologies
Plan, Design, Build (special projects & initial platform deployments) across technical elements underpinning new product developments and in-life fixes
Establish Converged VOice design guidelines, processes, and configuration templates
Provide Tier 2 support for all Regional services
Provide 3rd level support to VPTO and quality assurance activities through Tier3 SPOC
Manage baseline configuration by defining the default system parameters for Converged Voice Technology programs
Keep updated equipment inventory, identifying the components, the location and the operating costs of each network element.
Provide regular updates on Converged Voice operating costs including production cost per subscriber across all services
Define and Establish core NW KPIs including Tools
Support Transition of network elements into Production
Assess & Maintain network stability and performance quality with VPTO
Ensure, Deliver, and Drive OPEX and CAPEX efficiencies
Knowledge and Experience :
Bachelor level, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering degrees and / or comparable technical degree.
10+ years of Telecommunications experience across all Voice technologies
Understanding of all voice Services technologies
Understanding of voice convergence across mobile and Fixed technologies covering both B2C and B2B customer segments
Understanding of interactions of Technology projects with external teams including IT, Product, Access, and VPTO
Demonstrate strong influencing and persuading skills, encourage colleagues and teams to change established processes and achieve improvements and best practice
Extensive proven experience of management of technology projects and rollout experience
Understanding of network technical Metrics that impact customer experience
Knowledge and experience with Tableau, Power BI and other Analytics tools
Experience performing data analytics and KPI definition development with in Technology and telecom environment such as Telephony, Mobile, Broadband, and Video
Reporting and Presentation expertise to executive levels
Cross functional team influential skills and management ability
Fluent in English and Spanish.
