Procurement Enablement Lead

We are looking for a Procurement Enablement Lead to join our Ocean Procurement Global Enablement team, as part of our Ocean Customer Logistics and Ocean Procurement Functional Product Owner (FPO) team, reporting to the Ocean Procurement Enablement Manager.

The role as Enablement Manager offers a great opportunity to be part of a global transformation team and become a strong enabler in shaping the success of our increased focus on Procurement Process Excellence, Standardization and fast transformation.

You will be part of a newly built Global team focused on delivering best in class global solutions. You will work with people who value effective communication, change management and continuous process improvement mindset and support our growth aspirations and the success of our Ocean Procurement strategy deployment.

You will navigate a diverse internal and external stakeholder landscape , where you will have the opportunity to be part of the wider Global-Regional-Local Community, where strategic coordination and business revolution take place.

You will have the opportunity to interact and work closely with teams in the Global Ocean Procurement , Global Process Lead (GPL) organization as well as the Platform organization, Regional Procurement teams and Regional Execution and Finance teams in a highly dynamic, geo-politically sensitive and complex function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enable Ocean Procurement Excellence transformation agenda across regions.
  • Ensure consistency in priorities and approach towards suppliers as they need to onboard to new digital solutions and processes
  • Drive global and regional transformation program by providing effective communication to the different internal and external stakeholders.
  • Own Ocean procurement transformation project outcomes in collaboration with regional procurement management team.
  • Enable procurement process and performance standards deployment, which will drive operational excellence, best in class practices implementation in our strategic categories.
  • Support Procurement management team to define transformation agenda priorities based on the future business digitization principles.
  • Lead change management journey in collaboration with regional procurement management team.
  • Enable process standards governance models and guidelines adherence across regions.
  • Establish a performance management system across regions to deliver transformation targets as per plan.
  • Build strong engagement model between global and regional complexities to achieve standardization objectives and transformation agenda.
  • Liaison with regional Procurement and Finance teams to discuss and validate business value of standardization agenda and exception management cost for the business.
  • Provide input to Platforms Procurement experts for automation and digitalization requirements to support business value outcomes without jeopardizing standardization principles.
  • Drive process excellence mindset across regions to solidly support standardization and transformation agenda in the long-term.
  • Share and incorporate best practices across regions and procurement teams.
  • Who we are looking for :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Engineering.
  • Experience leading transformation and change management projects on a global and local level.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Customer centricity and process continuous improvement mindset.
  • Digital transformation mentality and drive for automation across processes
  • Ambassador of company values and collaboration teamwork behaviors in a visible manner;
  • Ability to influence without authority
  • High learning agility
  • Able to deal with ambiguity
