You are responsible for
Support LATAM Rewards Organization with :
Annual Compensation Cycle
Benefits management and renewal process
Off cycle compensation governance
Sales Incentive process
Contributes to the design of rewards policies, processes and tools, by collecting and analyzing results from global and local benchmarking partners and collecting business requirements and market developments
You are a part of
Rewards LATAM organization that manages all the compensation and benefits processes for 9 countries in LATAM including Market, Manufacturing and Business Group.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
University Degree in Business, Engineering or related graduation
Previous experience with Rewards Processes
Good MS Office skills
Analytical profile, eager to learn and make a career within Rewards.
Fluent in English is mandatory
Process oriented, with lean mindset and ability to work by projects
Detail oriented and able to work with minimum supervision.
Possess excellent interpersonal skills; and written and oral communication skills
