A key element of this strategy was the design of a new way to support its suite of 30 brands globally. The company chose Panama as being best suited to establish its new Global Business Services (GBS) operation center.

This new center will initially deliver Finance, Human Resources and Legal services to ELC employees across several geographies and time zones.

Through a new innovative service minded approach, this center will redefine service standards globally at ELC. This new GBS team will provide a one-stop-shop solution for the ELC businesses, supported by new customer engagement insights, new systems, and new reporting.

In addition to delivering exceptional service to the ELC businesses each day, the GBS team will also be responsible for continuously streamlining work in pursuit of growing its service offering in support of achieving ELC’s strategic and business objectives.

Position Overview

The HR Operations Analyst is part of the OneSource team serving as the subject matter expert for all reporting, analysis and process improvement related topics among HR Ops functions.

This individual works closely with HR Operations Leadership and partners with members of HR, internal and external business groups, as well as vendors to make sure all compliance initiatives, processes and audits relating to HR data are met.

Qualifications :

  • Strong team development skills; capable of clarifying common goals among diverse functions and building a collaborative environment.
  • Responsible for managing processes in an effective manner, excellence, data quality, accuracy, and customer service.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be detail oriented, organized, and able to multi-task, alsokeep thorough records.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to maintain good working relationships.
  • Ability to research / analyze information.
  • Think critically and develops solutions.
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, and able to pivot quickly while bringing assignments to completion.
  • Experience using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint to create and edit documents and presentations.
  • Advanced experience with Excel specifically with pivot tables, combine multiple functions, macros, graphs.
  • Experience presenting cross functionally to varying levels of the organization.
  • Experience in BPM (Business Process Mapping) and application of software relevant to help in this process.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data sets and make recommendations based on that information.
  • Accountabilities :

  • Update specific data in HRConnect (i.e. : LATAM holidays, massive reorganization
  • Prepare surveys for the operation and provide data analysis information to the operation.
  • Support interfaces as well as process improvement to reduce risks.
  • Invoicing reconciliation from our vendors and suppliers to send to Finance for payment.
  • Send monthly reminders to HRBPs of cases that are pending due to lack of action
  • to support new projects and initiative with data and facts analysis.
  • Additional Requirements

  • Minimum Years as Data Analyst experience : 6+ years.
  • Project Management comprehensive knowledge
  • Experience with Data Visualization tools (i.e. Power BI, Tableau).
  • Additional language skill (Portuguese / French) not a must but would be a plus.

  • Contract-type : Full-Time Permanent.
