Finance Operations Project ManagerThe Finance Project Manager will be responsible to lead the transformation efforts for the Collections in Latin America within the Customer and Financial Services organization.

The Project Manager will be responsible to enable adoption of new technologies in Collections with the objective of providing a better customer experience to Sales while improving the overall productivity of the team.

The Collections organization is responsible to identify customers payment, manage terms accounts receivable, follow-up with customers to ensure on-time payment and negotiate with customers to resolve problems holding payment.

What you’ll achieveAs a Project Management Consultant, you will deliver projects and programs on time focusing on improving customer experience and organization productivity.

You will work with the Transformation Office, Collections Leader, IT, Sales and Sales Support.You will

  • Drive all the steps of the project execution from design to delivery following structured project framework;
  • Partner with IT to create business requirements for developers and systems groups;
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve the end state solution, driving the business outcome and vision while advising the customer on risks, trends and opportunities;
  • Provide regular update to senior leadership about project evolution, including key achievement, roadblocks and help needed;

  • Here’s what we are looking for with this role : Essential Requirements

  • 10 years of experience managing large, complex technology projects and program implementations;
  • Experience managing process improvement projects to improve operational team productivity;
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal skills to be able to influence and interact with confidence and credibility at all levels within Dell Technologies;
  • Technology used for Digital Transformation (For example, Automation Anywhere, Power Query, Phyton, etc.)
  • Advanced / Fluent English plus Spanish and Portuguese (at least intermediate)Desirable Requirements
  • PMI certified, Experience applying Six Sigma methodology
