  • Know and apply always the service and quality standards through the procedures manual stipulated by the company.
  • Implement and monitor up-selling strategies to maximize spa operational revenue.
  • Experience & Abilities :

  • Knowledge in systems such as OPERA, POS, BOOK4TIME, MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Previous Management Wellness Experience in Luxury Hotels.
  • Follow up of Quality audit programs as well as Online Review Management platforms.
  • Complete knowledge of the English language.
