Summary Compensation & benefits analyst provides guidance and assistance regarding compensation trends and analytics, job evaluation, salary administration, compensation systems, programs, policies, and procedures.

The focus of this role also will be to collect evaluate market intelligence to ensure competitiveness within the region to continue to attract and retain top talent.

This role will conduct benchmarking and gap analysis to identify and recommend options of benefit plans and vendors, in order to enhance our employee offering.

The role is accountable for the application of the career framework process to ensure consistency in jobs, grades and level.

Key responsibilities Assist in the execution and administration and provide analytical support for a variety of compensation policies and incentive programs.

Develop appropriate job descriptions and maintain a website for accessing compensation information and job descriptions.

Participate in salary surveys, interpret salary data and perform analysis. Prepare statistical analysis, data modeling, incentive pay programs, and costing of base salaries.

Provide support to the HR department concerning the interpretation of compensation practices and guidelines. Provide guidance on issues related to compensation for management.

  • Qualifications & Requirements Education & experience Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Familiarized with using HR software’s Comp-analyst;
  • service now, oracle, workday, EIS, preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in the compensation analysis required. Previous HR or Payroll experience preferred.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Advanced English communication skills, and advanced Excel proficiency. Excellent quantitative, analytical, organizational, research, and presentation skills.

    Ability to compile, analyze and interpret data and produce recommendations. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding customer experience and financial objectives.

    Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality. Location : WAH
