You are responsible for

Strong focus in process automation.

Analyzing the available data to decide how to best carry out the assignment.

To find solutions by involving data from multiple resources Root Cause Analysis.

Developing and introducing new (supportive) sub-processes and to improves existing processes.

Initiating and running small improvement projects.

Be the point of contact between our internal clients at Philips and our programming team to make projects happen.
