The Operations Manager, Talent Acquisition will work closely with the senior TA and HR leadership teams to develop, drive and execute on TA's financial operating plan while also continuously implementing strategies and best practices to ensure organizational effectiveness across IBM's Global Talent Acquisition team.

He / she will manage, and lead activities related to financial forecasting / planning and reporting across TA's major hubs and delivery centers.

This leader will partner globally with Regional stakeholders on budget management and regional financial governance and policy.

This individual will play a lead and instrumental role in helping the global talent acquisition team hire the next wave of outstanding talent in a global, complex corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities : · Provide the functional leadership team with key insights to improve decision-making & the optimization and utilization of resource capacity.

  • Manage and own worldwide talent acquisition budget which includes the end to end spend analysis, fall planning, tracking, and forecasting within a global environment, adjusting to changing business needs as necessary.
  • Act as a trusted business advisor for talent acquisition operational and financial topics.· Provide counsel and strategy support to key TA and Business stakeholders / decision makers· Manage recruitment reporting to include key operational metrics, trends and analytics.
  • Key Skills : · Strong financial, accounting, business and operational acumen· Be a Data Poet and be able to craft and articulate a story through numbers· Strong problem solving and decision-making skills· Astute influencer, negotiator and mediator· Strategic, proactive, analytical and innovative.
