The Operations Manager, Talent Acquisition will work closely with the senior TA and HR leadership teams to develop, drive and execute on TA's financial operating plan while also continuously implementing strategies and best practices to ensure organizational effectiveness across IBM's Global Talent Acquisition team.
He / she will manage, and lead activities related to financial forecasting / planning and reporting across TA's major hubs and delivery centers.
This leader will partner globally with Regional stakeholders on budget management and regional financial governance and policy.
This individual will play a lead and instrumental role in helping the global talent acquisition team hire the next wave of outstanding talent in a global, complex corporate environment.
