Purpose : support markets and commercial orders follow up. Represent Markets within Operations and Operations within Markets.
Main activities :
Provide direct markets communication, regarding orders (regional and worldwide).
Ensure the service level of the OTA (on time availability).
Deals with the freight forwarders, customs agents and main suppliers based on applicable incoterms.
Ensure the invoicing flow with the shipping documents, as : packing lists, supplier invoice, certificate of origin, air way bill, and bill of lading.
Prepare and execute the shipment plan with the supplier, based on the market’s needs.
Responsible of the commercial order follow up, alert of potential risks, find better options of solutions, in order to mitigate the impact on deliveries delays.
Support on market claims, and any order requirements.

Main skills, competencies and knowledge required :
Professional background :
Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or related disciplines.
2+ years of experience in logistics activities or as a planner.
Business result oriented with customers’ insights.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Assertive with communication and interpersonal relationships.
Technical skills :
Technical, practical and know-how of logistics affairs.
Specific requirements :
Good command of Spanish and English.
Planning and analytic capabilities.
