Office Administrator and Receptionist

We are searching for an experienced Office Administrator and Receptionist at our Panama facility.

Primary Role and Responsibilities :

  • Support for Biosafety protocols.
  • Ensure proper office conditions by coordinating with different facility and cleaning providers.
  • Maintain constant communication with the building administration and keep up with special notifications.
  • Keep track of office requests (Issue tracking)
  • Supervise inventory of office supplies, cafeteria consumables and equipment spare parts.
  • File invoices, payments, HR, and financial documentation.
  • Lead our internal recycling processes.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound courier services
  • Petty Cash control
  • Parking spaces control and allocation.
  • Switchboard management.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Previous experience managing an office reception.
  • Previous experience working with facility providers.
  • Experience working with Office 365 tools such as Excel, Word, OneDrive, and PowerPoint.
  • Intermediate or professional level of English.
  • Great communication skills and approachable.
  • Employment type : Regular Employee
