    About The Department

    The People & Organization (P&O) department of CLAT affiliate is responsible for the strategic human resource planning in accordance with the policies and good practices to provide the company with the best people talent available and positioning the company as the Best Employer by equal practices and successful trends within the pharmaceutical industry.

    It is also responsible for generating and maintaining a pleasant working environment and a comfortable physical space.

    About The position

    Reporting to our P&O Manager, this position will be responsible for generating and maintaining a comfortable physical working space, guaranteeing high levels of quality and security, as well as executing, controlling and effectively monitoring administrative processes and requirements of the reception area and providing support during the different wellness activities developed by P&O, to contribute to the fluidity of the department's processes.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor degree in administrative or related careers. Management of Windows Office package, solid knowledge in management of general services in an office, internal messaging, control of expenses, office material supply and purchase orders.

    Management of interpersonal relationships, negotiation skills, verbal and written communication skills, creativity, achievement motivation, proactivity, customer service, organization and time planning.

    Fluent in oral and written Spanish and English.

    Work Experience

    A minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions assisting areas of general services, facilities, administrative assistance or internal client attention, preferably in a multinational company.
