Job description : Purpose
Purpose
Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of operations, process and control of issuing invoices, incoming payments, secure income by verifying and recording receipts, follow up on relevant topics to raise or provide solutions to the administration and customers.
Key Accountabilities and Challenges
Skills, Knowledge & Experience Education Degree in Accounting, Finance or business administration Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to work in a "team" environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Negotiation skills and customer service oriented High precision and attention to detail Experience Demonstrable work experience in account receivable or finance area Solid knowledge of basic accounting principles Demonstrable ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records Experience handling MS office files, fiscal systems and accounting software (JDE or other ER software) Language
Fluency in English will be highly regarded

Working Conditions
Office work in Torre de las Americas. Working from Home at the discretion of Management
