Summary

The Educational Festival Sales Associate is the person who will work directly with the Sales and Marketing Manager and the Global Director of Education to take the lead on the implementation of the sales plan for the Educational Festival.

We wish for a community where people learn life, practice multidisciplinary, and experience solidarity. So, we thought, we should try to build it.

The Education Festival is about living and learning. We believe the best way to learn is by experiencing the lessons in a holistic manner.

That is why the EduFest focuses on giving you not only the tools to learn a cognitive skill but also the opportunity to go on a guided Self-

journey through arts, locomotion or adventure, as well as a weekly Gathering to join in with all your fellow students. Plus, you get to give back and share your knowledge with the community by volunteering at the local NGOs.

We guarantee you will improve your skills and knowledge, all while having fun, and saving some money.

Internship Objectives :

  • The particular role of this person prior to the opening would be to follow up on all leads of people who are interested and seek more information or simply want to buy a ticket..
  • This person needs to be very responsible very organized to be able to follow up on lead and then recheck, and understand what's the status on each candidate.
  • The interior also needs to understand the actual offering, which means mastering four different avenues and seven different packages that are offer.
  • To be able to adjust a package to a potential client needs and personality.

  • Apart from that and very important this person must be super super positive and smart (!) it's the first time this project is happening and it's bound to have some unknown issues.
  • We need a resilient character that can cope with changes and still be an amazing human to all of our potential students.

  • Must have very good English (he or she will be communicating on the phone and in emails to potential English-speaking students the whole time) and preferably knows Spanish as well.
  • Requirements :

  • Being currently enrolled in the university or recent grad (bachelor or higher) majoring in Business, Mass Communications, Sales, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Being able to provide a university letter confirming the internship time
  • Being able to accept an unpaid Internship (no monetary compensation is given, see other benefits below)
  • Positive, professional and outgoing personality with the ability to work both in a team environment and directly with clients.
  • Enthusiasm and desire to learn and be successful in business development and sales.
  • Highly organized, persuasive and good with numbers.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Strong ability to be flexible and multi-task.
  • Proficient in Google Drive platform Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Social Media tools (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google+).
  • Customer relationship management (CRM), marketing automation software experience is preferable.
