Responsibilities :

  • Execute country and location s sales action plans and forecast
  • Manage, retain and grow established customers (individual)and groups (group business)
  • Responsible for all sales processes at all country locations.
  • Dealing with customer enquiries and aiming to meet their expectations
  • Oversee the customer experience for fam trips, and educational visits for customers
  • Cross-selling of products (i.e. Explore products to other businesses locally)
  • Upselling and cross-selling in location level to optimize revenue per customer
  • Group sales conversion
  • Close local level deals for groups and packages (corporate offsites, student groups, etc.)
  • Achieve performance (telemarketing, site inspections, videocalls, commercial visits, etc) and budget (sales) OKR s
  • Prospect new clients e.g. Tour Operators, Corporate, DMCs, Travel Agencies, M&E Agencies and Creative Marketing Agencies
  • Provide sales performance reports the country on tracking progress against targets, successes and challenges
  • Promote the Selina brand, experience and services to drive sales and revenue in all products (beds, co-work, tours, wellness, education, retail).
  • Requirements (language, years of experience, area of experience, specific knowledge)

  • Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Administration
  • Local hospitality Market knowledge
  • English proficiency and local language
  • Minimum 3 years in sales in hospitality
  • Time Management, Creativity and Cultural Sensitivity Skills
  • Revenue and Profit Oriented
  • Previous experience with community engagement
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Able to work independently and creatively to close new sales opportunities
  • Able to work and collaborate in a matrix environment
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
