Administrative support to the issues delegated by the Marketing & Business Development Director
Filter and distribute incoming communications internal and external to the Marketing & Business Development Director (phone calls, e-mails, mail, visits)
Coordinate and plan Medical, Market Access and Marketing Department meeting agenda.
Plan and book traveling (planes, hotel rooms, transfers, etc) for health care professionals (HCP) invited to Marketing and Medical events.
including approval in iHCP tool)
Support to organize and implement meetings and corporate events (Medical, Market Access and Marketing)
Manage inventory of printed promotional material; electronic file and inventory updated
Perform other administrative functions : archive, prepare communications, letters or informative e-mails, data input on databases (examples : Department Team-
site, e-learning, MMA for promotional). materials)
Contact suppliers and request payments related with management activities
Prepare administrative communications, reports and presentations for the Marketing & Business Development Director
Support office reception activities when required
Maintains confidentiality in all management related issues
