  • Administrative support to the issues delegated by the Marketing & Business Development Director
  • Filter and distribute incoming communications internal and external to the Marketing & Business Development Director (phone calls, e-mails, mail, visits)
  • Coordinate and plan Medical, Market Access and Marketing Department meeting agenda.
  • Plan and book traveling (planes, hotel rooms, transfers, etc) for health care professionals (HCP) invited to Marketing and Medical events.
  • including approval in iHCP tool)

  • Support to organize and implement meetings and corporate events (Medical, Market Access and Marketing)
  • Manage inventory of printed promotional material; electronic file and inventory updated
  • Perform other administrative functions : archive, prepare communications, letters or informative e-mails, data input on databases (examples : Department Team-
  • site, e-learning, MMA for promotional). materials)

  • Contact suppliers and request payments related with management activities
  • Prepare administrative communications, reports and presentations for the Marketing & Business Development Director
  • Support office reception activities when required
  • Maintains confidentiality in all management related issues
