Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization :
The objective of the role is to drive revenue growth through high quality traffic from Paid Search and Display campaigns to all Reebok ecommerce sites in Latin America.
Manage a performance marketing agency to develop wide-reaching paid media campaigns and constantly optimize results.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead, devise and implement the local Traffic Generation strategy and roadmap of all traffic channels including (but not only) Paid Search, Google Shopping, Display, Paid Social and Affiliates.
Drive the Paid Search and Display KPIs and thus not only help defining, but also monitoring & reporting performance to your line manager and the Media Activation team
Manage the LAM online marketing / advertising activities and the direct response agency responsible for delivering these
Marketing Working Budget control secure investments are done in the most efficient way
Analyze local onsite performance and the results of traffic generation activities, and manage daily / weekly / monthly reporting for overall campaign performance as well as one-off requests
Drive testing, reporting, optimization, innovation and analysis on channel performance to identify key levers and opportunities for improvements.
Team up with Brand Marketing, Site Merchandising, CRM and various Global eCommerce counterparts (Online Marketing channels, CRM, Analytics among others) to support the achievement of eCom s targets in LAM
Align and interact with adidas and Reebok Brand activation teams regarding performance update and future traffic optimization strategies
Develop campaigns, initiate and manage projects, partnerships, cooperation’s and ensure that schedules, deliverables, budgets and timings are established
Monitor and stay abreast of Traffic Generation and media industry trends and best practices and innovate to evolve and develop the management of the Traffic Generation competence center.
