Position Summary

We are currently looking for a highly competent Regional Procurement Manager based in Panama, responsible for managing the commercial and sourcing activity for the Creative, Media Production and Digital Agencies used by Nestlé worldwide.

Reporting directly to the Category Manager, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the marketing content strategy for the spend in scope on a global level, utilizing strategic sourcing processes, tools and policies.

A day in the life of a Regional Procurement Manager - Mktg Content

  • Perform supplier market / category / supply risk analysis and develop Total Cost Ownership (TCO) models to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Create and execute sourcing strategies for Creative traditional agencies for the LATAM countries across all Nestlé brands.
  • Negotiate creative deals and contracts with creative / digital agencies and production houses ensuring the most beneficial commercial agreements with agencies in line with the global sourcing strategy.
  • Manage the relationship with various stakeholders and align them to integrate category global plans and strategies.
  • In partnership with Supplier Relationship Management Experts, lead the planning and regular contract SLA reviews with suppliers and other functional partners.
  • Ensure compliance to Nestlé's Corporate Business Principles, policies and standards.
  • What will make you successful

  • University degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Marketing and / or Communication.
  • Proven record of accomplishment and increasing responsibility in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement consulting, or marketing categories, ideally gained with or within creative agencies’ categories.
  • Expertise with sourcing strategy development in marketing spend including in-depth knowledge of supplier management best practices, agency terminology and contract negotiation.
  • Proven track record in working across the organization with different teams in complex and matrix organizations.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills with strong negotiation management experience.
  • Fluency in written and spoken in English.
