Position Summary

As a Procurement Performance Acceleration (PPA) Project Specialist, you will provide your knowledge and expertise to build world class solutions and process improvements required to enable the Procurement Global Strategy for Direct Materials.

Located in hubs in Switzerland, Panama and Malaysia, our division provides a range of services, including the management of procurement for specific raw materials, packaging, indirect materials and other services.

A day in the life of a PPA Project Specialist

  • Coordinate the implementation and where relevant, implement the solutions Above the Market and in the Market.
  • Support Above Market and at Markets in the problem solving and implementation of the new solutions provided.
  • Plan and manage projects organizing and coordinating the on-time execution of tasks and deliverables and communicates the status of the project to relevant stakeholders.
  • Gather functional needs from users from different procurement teams at markets or above market : (run interviews, surveys, analysis of existing practice and tool usage, etc.
  • and consolidate, translate and prioritize them into user stories and business requirements.

  • Build learning and training materials and support project implementation with the function and IT teams.
  • What will make you successful

  • University degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain and / or Engineering.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Procurement (strategic sourcing, consulting or project management).
  • Proven track record in working in complex organizations, and leading cross-functional projects at a global level.
  • Excellent influencing, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and Power Point, PowerBI is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, any other language is an asset.
