S. based End User Computing (EUC) Configuration Services Project Support team. The position is responsible for fielding, processing and completing complex requests from the Global Program Management team in support of Custom sales.
Specific responsibilities include (1) the delivery of projects with low complexity and low risk, (2) the coordination and delivery of standard project plans with minimal supervision and (3) delivering supporting services against standard statements of work (SOW).
The role also includes organizing and tracking project tasks related to the setup of project specific orders, SKU’s, part numbers and system configurations while meeting process Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) as well.
Principal Duties & Responsabilités · Works fully remote and / or onsite at the Panama Site · Operational augmentation for Configuration Services Project Managers · Review customer provided documentation and establish a project profile within the Global Process Tools (GPT) and submit projects to the engineering team · Monitor the progression of all projects submitted to engineering.
