Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Identifies new capabilities required to enable professional services and solutions for our Global Business Service center and work closely with Business Process Experts to identify capability development and deployment requirements & be the ambassador of the global capabilities in the markets and / or businesses.

You are responsible for

  • Point of contact in the local organization to plan and coordinate E2E test activities
  • Localizes End 2 End test scripts for UAT
  • Validates End 2 End work instructions
  • Reports incidents, including the severity indication.
  • Delivers Key User and End user training and onboards new users
  • Single point of contact for their business / market, collect questions from key users and end users on a weekly basis in local team meetings / online communities
  • Leverages global Communities of Practice (CoPs) to find content to answer questions and support user base
  • Active participant in global CoPs, stimulating engagement and traffic among users, and answering questions
  • Support Global BPEs / BPO to govern, design and implement relevant parts of the overall capability catalogue
  • Collaborate with assigned End2End transformations to provide expert support in diagnosis of processes within area of expertise, suggest best practice solutions and ensure implementation of the suggested processes
  • Execute capability trainings, facilitate learning (competency development) and compliancy
  • Maintain interfaces between different process areas
  • Works with known methods and procedures
  • Analyzes unusual and nonrecurring problems requiring diagnosis, testing and judgment of which approach or procedure is most appropriate.

    To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or equivalent.

  • 2 years demonstrated service experience in a comparable environment.
  • Proficient level of English, written and oral communication.

    Portuguese preferable, written and oral communication.

    Advanced level of Microsoft Excel.

    Data Analytics Skills & Knowledge

    Solid communication skills

    Demonstrated ability to effectively work and influence across the organization.

    Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
