Manage over 20 accounts
Research audience preferences and discover current trends
Create engaging text, image, and video content
Design posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around new products
Create ongoing acquisition programs across social channels that lead to growth of channel engagement
Advocate and make recommendations around social marketing programs, messaging, and campaigns
Map out social strategy and then drive that strategy proving results through testing and metrics
Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy
Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the business
Work closely with other departments to ensure any cross-promotional efforts are on-brand, strategic, and managed properly
Manage the Facebook Messenger Bot and build the audience list
Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries
Report on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans
Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
Oversee social media accounts’ layout
Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions

At least one year of work experience as a Social Media Coordinator, building communities and campaigns with demonstrated creativity and success
Expertise in multiple social media platforms, as candidate will be in charge of all communities (FB, TW, IG, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YT, G+, etc.)
Strong writing and editorial skills (English) with utmost attention to detail
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels
Ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
Excellent communication skills
Multitasking and analytical skills
College degree in Marketing, new media or relevant field
Capability to thrive in a group work environment
