Leads the Regional Brand Team*; Responsible for everything related to the communication of the GRT brand in the Region
Responsible for a solid insight-driven definition and implementation of the regional strategy of his / her brand, incl.
definition of all activities of related to pre-launch and launch campaign
Manages the brand planning cycles for his / her brands in accordance with the global CCO processes.
Selects key target audience and customer profiling for the brand in close collaboration with respective members of the commercial excellence team
Develops program for the generation of regional market and customer insights in close collaboration with respective members of the regional / global commercial excellence team to assure consistent decision making
Manages development of commercial training program and material for the affiliates
Supports launch efforts in countries, and monitoring of KPIs in first two years after launch (Share of Voice, performance vs.
plan, sales force deployment etc.)
Support the IBP planning process and develops regional forecasts and business cases for his / her brand(s)
Ensures appropriate involvement of external stakeholders (societies, KOLs, etc.)
Education in Business and / or Natural Science. Has been in charge of a Senior Marketing role and Project Management in a country -
Ideally in GRT s key market / s (e.g. WHC) Regional experience & Consumer market experience are plus Has prior experience (8 year) within a commercial Pharma industry role e.
g. Sales, Medical In-depth knowledge of countries’ healthcare systems / practices Successfully led at least 1 launch of innovative pharmaceutical products and market shaping activities, and participated in others Deep understanding of key products and their TAs, as well as competitor products Experience in managing teams in a matrix organizations Excellent written and oral communication, advanced presentation skills -
incl. Ability to convey scientific messages Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills and techniques Strong Business English
