You are responsible for
Assess, interpret and, analyze the data in the development of a thorough, accurate, and supportable demand forecast for use in production requirements and financial planning.
Providing input in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs.
Analyze historical price discounts and campaign performance to signal forecast recommendations.
Drive continuous improvement in forecasting process and methodology.
Develop and evaluate forecasting models that consider promotional tactics and activities, historical sales trends, new product introductions, the flow of materials, and manufacturing capacity.
Expand data sources used in the forecasting process and integrate all available data sources in order to assess and monitor trends and changes.
Carry out other duties, responsibilities, and projects as assigned, in an effective manner.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor’s or Master degree with a quantitative focus, Operations Management or Engineering, preferred
2+ years Forecasting, Inventory Management or Demand Planning experience preferred
Advanced Excel and Data Analysis skills, strong numerical and analytical aptitude
Excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills.
Fluent English, spoken and written.
