What's The Role?
The Marketing Technology Manager will be accountable for the planning, management, and deployment of marketing technology activities across the business and is a key role in driving the innovation journey of Liberty Latin America marketing efforts.
Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, this individual (they / she / him) will be responsible for managing our marketing technology implementation roadmap and will be the go-to advisor on technology implementation, holistic measurement, and integrated solutions.
What You ll Do
Working collaboratively with the IT, Data Warehouse and Digital Platforms teams to unify demand generation technology, processes, and contact data across the range of technologies used to support the marketing function.
Collaborating cross-functionally and across all global areas to design solutions and deploy new technologies that optimally utilize our marketing technology stack and support our business use cases, strategy, business goals, and vision.
Liaising with technology vendors to maximize value of technology platforms and ensure solid levels of service that unlock value for the organization.
Developing strategies into phased roadmaps according to quarterly priorities, industry best practices and technology prerequisites and dependencies.
Designing and implementing training, enablement, and best practice sharing so our marketers know exactly what capabilities we have and how and when to use them.
Analyzing the impact of all technology implementations, assessing and addressing enhancement needs, acting as expert in the support of key stakeholder groups, and managing the troubleshooting of potential issues.
Preferred education / qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar.
Fluent in English (verbal and written).
Specific Knowledge & Experience
Solid understanding of business strategy and digital marketing.
Extensive experience in managing the integration, configuration and evolution of digital marketing technologies for large B2B marketing organizations.
Experience implementing CDPs , DMPs , CRMs and Marketing Automation Platforms .
Skills & Abilities
Demonstrated effectiveness at working in a cross-functional, matrix organization to project manage and deliver results.
Passion for using marketing technology tools to solve business problems and drive revenue.
Strong project management / organizational skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously for different teams targeting different audiences.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, English and Spanish, ability to form strong business relationships across multiple locations.
Proven ability to operate flexibility in complex and dynamic working environment.
Demonstrable ability to empower and motivate individuals at all levels of the organization.
Team player with the ability and desire to work out problems when they occur.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate across various departments within the organization
Strong analytical skills experience with reporting and data analysis.
