What the role is

Responsible for all accounting functions in the location including recording, collecting and analyzing for use in maintaining accounting records of the financial operations of the hotel.

What you need for the role


  • Level 2 certificate in bookkeeping mandatory
  • Job description

  • Process purchase orders and record invoices
  • Track costs and implement cost reduction actions
  • File and input data in the ERP system
  • Keep updated financial records
  • Manage and process accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Bank balances, cash and credit cards reconciliation
  • Manage overall location inventory
  • Monthly reporting to gov and municipal authorities (tax, social security, VAT and property)
  • Experience with ERP system ( Netsuite an advantage )
  • Proven capabilities with Excel
  • English proficiency (an advantage)
  • Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Bookkeeper (Hotel industry an advantage)
  • Skills & Abilities

  • Highly organized and reliable with strong attention to details
  • Must be comfortable working in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
