Job description : Purpose
Reporting to the Recruiter, the Administrator is accountable to administer, organise and coordinate to everything related to the Recruitment process.
While reporting to the Recruiter, the Administrator supports all related to the administrative process until the entrance of the candidate.
Key Accountabilities and Challenges
Operate within and observe all relevant and applicable laws of Panama.
Maintain HSE standards and ensure strict compliance within the hotels.
Ensure efficient and effective management of all administrative functions of the Recruitment process.
Provide multi-faceted general office support to the Recruitment process.
Consistently deliver the main KPI’s of efficiency and detail.
Store departmental documents and data files on network.
Maintain the Recruitment network drive to be efficient and logical.
Maintain systems to monitor, track and report common aspects of the Recruitment Department.
Prepare meeting minutes, meeting notes and internal support materials.
Maintain Notice and Statistical boards updated at all times.
Compile reports as instructed.
Perform any other duties as assigned by Recruiter.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience
At least a Diploma or its equivalent;
Formal qualifications in Business Administration, office Management or a related field would be highly regarded.
Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to work in a "team" environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to maintain self-discipline within a stressful environment.
Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
At least 3 years’ experience in office administration;
Knowledge of office standards and best practices;
Above average computer skills with proficiency in MSOffice programs;
Spanish highly regarded.
